Said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh, Sunday, that the lack of withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII did not stop him from buying weapons or arming his army, believing that its survival under the jurisdiction of this chapter will not make him weak, as pointed out that Iraq is dealing with some of the issues the Kuwaiti responsibly and humanely.
Dabbagh said in an interview for "Alsumaria News" that no withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII did not stop him from buying weapons or arming his army to protect its sovereignty, but it tends not to be aggressive on the issue of arming, indicating that the political system in Iraq has changed and no longer philosophy to build a strike force to threaten the region.
